Core service

Engineering submissions

Everything the consultant needs to approve your package before construction, prepared and tracked from the tender documents to the final approval.

  • Submittal procedure summary and a register of every required submittal, with specification, drawing and BOQ references
  • Discrepancy log and RFIs with the right attachments
  • Material submittal packages, each as one indexed PDF ready for review
  • Supplier technical requests and follow-up until every document is in
  • Method statements, risk assessments and inspection and test plans
  • Package QA/QC plan and HSE plan
  • Engineering baseline programme in Primavera P6, with the submission log
  • Tracking of consultant codes and resubmissions until approval

Shop drawings prepared by our drafting team from the IFC drawings, coordinated with the approved materials and issued on your shop drawing submittal form.

How we work

From tender documents to approved submittals

    Send us the tender set

    Specifications, drawings, BOQ, vendor lists and the forms your main contractor or consultant uses.

  2. 2

    We read the rules

    Division 01 procedure, numbering, review periods, sample and mock-up requirements. You get a short summary.

  3. 3

    Register and RFIs

    Every required submittal is listed. Conflicts between specification, drawings and BOQ are raised early.

  4. 4

    Packages on your forms

    We collect supplier data and build each submittal on the project's own templates, clause by clause.

  5. 5

    Review until approved

    You submit. We track the consultant's codes, answer comments and resubmit until each item is approved.

Every document is reviewed by our engineer before it is issued to you.
